1. Health Questionnaire and Food Diary

Before your consultation I send you a health questionnaire and food diary to complete and return to me 3 days before your appointment. This is so I can research your health concerns and any medication or treatment you may be currently be prescribed.

2. Initial Consultation

  • The initial consultation cost €80 and lasts 60-70 minutes.
  • At consultation we talk about all contributing factors to your heart health concerns and what you hope to achieve.
  • Body fat composition analysis. Waist: Hip ratio measurements
  • How to incorporate therapeutic foods for cardiovascular health into your daily diet
  • Testing: If you have had a recent blood test with your G.P. including
    a lipid profile (Total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, and triglycerides) then this is useful
    to include for assessment.
  • You will receive personal recommendations including fact sheets, recipes or meal ideas that you are comfortable with, so you know exactly what you need to do next.
  • Practical lifestyle recommendations

3. Follow up visit

  • The follow up appointment cost €50 and lasts 45 minutes.
  • This visit is an opportunity for you to discuss any challenges you may encounter, ask questions or review your test results.
  • After every follow up appointment you will receive updated recommendations
